Hopkins & Ball was founded by Jerry Hopkins.

jerryJerry is one of the world’s most innovative thinkers on engagement and leadership.  His mission is to help the best organisations in the North West and North Wales get even better through further engaging their employees.  His approach is to distil down the powerful best practice techniques used by the most successful people in the world so they can be introduced and implemented in 2 hours or less.

His work helps all employees of medium sized business optimise their personal effectiveness (whether in leadership, management or core skills).

He is an ILM Qualified Coach and Facilitator and a Chartered Engineer with an MA and MEng honours degree from Cambridge University and is also a qualified accountant. His previous career in the engineering and automotive industry in Germany, France and the UK spanned engineering design, operations management and finance.

Jerry is married with 3 young children.  He is a volunteer organiser of events for the IET (Institution of Engineering & Technology) including a dinner for 300 engineers every year, runs 2 junior football teams, plays for the Liverpool Ramblers 3rd XI football team, Neston over 40’s cricket team and other hobbies include wine, debating, tennis and bridge.
