The Leadership Team

The Leadership Team is a unique programme, exclusively for leaders who want to share ideas with a peer group of other leaders and create more leadership time by applying best practice models.

These 2 hours a month are a hugely valuable investment, because…

  • You spend them reflecting on the best things to do in the company of likeminded leaders who share great ideas that you can apply.
  • They re-familiarise you with best practice and make you highly effective as a person and leader.
  • You are coached through implementation of actions by Jerry Hopkins.
  • You can become a member of The Leadership Club (a huge network of leaders who support each other and meet every couple of months at each others’ premises)

Join The Leadership Team Programme

All sessions are Tuesdays from 8:30am to 10:30am (with breakfast & coffee from 8am) in the Conference Suite of Sci-Tech Daresbury (near Warrington, junction 11 of M56).

The Leadership Team programme gave me the kick start to clear dross from my working day so that I could spend valuable time on important stuff – implementing one small, simple thing at a time has made all the difference. Thanks!”

  • “In general I think the Leadership Team course is very good. Personally it has helped me to managed my time better (although I am still working on some areas and improvements I can implement), it helped me to look at my role and my team in an strategic manner, i.e. instead of planning for tomorrow I started planning around where I go to go, i.e. getting the right people on the bus, how I can structure the “new” team, their job descriptions, personalities, workload, etc. which it will help to make the daily job easier for everybody.”

Ines Garcia BlancoGroup Quality Manager, ALcontrol Laboratories
  • “The structure of the course, of 2 hours per month spread over a period of months, has allowed me to reflect on the topics discussed each session and to put them into practice. And by having the opportunity of sharing business experiences with other leaders, it has help me understand what I can do better on a day to day basis. All these, plus Jerry’s relaxed style yet to the point, make The Leadership Team an excellent management course.”

Katy AntonHead of Development / CSSLP, Cybertill
  • “The Leadership Team programme that Jerry runs is very effective and useful. Jerry explains and demonstrates how key leadership skills can be applied in a wide range of situations to improve personal and organisational performance. I found the programme very useful and by applying the skills learnt from Jerry my own team works better now, which has improved our overall performance and reduced my stress levels :-). Highly recommended and outstanding value.”
