Terms & Privacy

Once a delegate has committed to a course, we will ensure that you receive an invoice.  The invoice must be paid prior to the start of the course.

For any open courses taking place at Daresbury, places cannot be cancelled or moved from 4 weeks in advance of the start of the course as other delegates will have already been prevented from taking part.  Should commitments change, we will endeavour to find a solution, but this cannot be guaranteed.

For online courses, places cannot be cancelled or moved from 1 week prior to the start of the course.

We are not able to offer any refund on membership of The Leadership Club or The Leadership Board.
