Who Is It For?
Presentation Mastery is for leaders and managers who want to be more engaging when they speak to large or small groups – from keynote speeches to team briefings – so that they can inspire, inform and interest people.
By the end of the programme, you will be able to stand and deliver an engaging talk, which you have created using a simple step-process to minimise the time to prepare. You will understand how adrenaline can enhance your charisma, and be able to channel it into ‘performance energy’ rather than fear it.
Format of the Programme
You will complete a very short online pre-programme audit to give us an idea of your specific areas of concern when it comes to presenting and what you want to get from the course.
If required, you can also have a brief chat by phone to discuss your learning outcomes for the day so that we can be confident of addressing these needs.
Online ‘Presentation Mastery’ programme: 3 sessions
The online programme is over 3 sessions which take place online via Zoom.
In the initial group session, we cover the essential skills you need to be an engaging speaker and you will also learn a useful process to be able to create content quickly that is easy to deliver and will be interesting for your audience.
The maximum number of participants in the programme is 8 people.
The online session is very interactive and you will be part of a small, friendly group to support you as you apply new ideas introduced during the morning.
We combine presentation theory, practical tips and techniques with experiential learning and exercises. Everyone will also receive a copy of Caroline’s practical book on presenting as part of the programme.
One week after the group session, there will be a second session – which will be a 1-1 online coaching session with Caroline Hopkins to help prepare your presentation.
Finally, one week after your 1-1 coaching, you will come back together as a group for the third session – to deliver your presentations and give/receive feedback.
